Barton School of Business Dean's Office
In my Marketing Research class, MKT403, we were asked by the Barton School of Business Dean's Office to conduct a survey to help determine what class times, length, days of the week, and format work best for students enrolled in the Business School at Wichita State University. As a group of seven we constructed a proposal, questionnaire, and final report. Our hypothesis stated that undergraduates in the Barton Business School prefer morning classes over afternoon and evening classes. My key role in the project was constructing the survey in Qualtrics and creating the PowerPoint for our presentation. This project taught me how to construct a survey and analyze data. I also gained new and valuable software skills from learning how to use Qualtrics and Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS).
